| Customer Reviews: $10 for an air hammer, and it comes with tips August 17, 2009 James Cooper (Pennsylvania) I thought if this worked for an hour it would be worth it. I was shocked to find it came with a package of 4 or 5 chisels and tips to boot. If it dies prematurely I got a bum one. If it doesn't, I got a useful tool for an unheard of low price.
My CH Paint Gun works great, so I can't see why this ting won't work too.
It can always go in the yard sale pile and I still have the chisels.
Very happy with purchase.
did not work more than an hour August 6, 2009 yosemite sam 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
this stopped working after an hour...when it arrived it had shown sufficient previous wear...AND it was exactly the same as the cheap on i had bought at harbor freight for around 5dollars. that too did not work, but did last a week...hooray
their enclosed paperwork says do not worry if it has a different mfr name, as they make them for lots of people...based on what i saw they make them for harbor freight, which as i said is half the price...
i thought by looking at the pic, that it would have been more substantial, but it really is very very small and toy-like.
Wow-What a BARGAIN - GREAT Little Item!!!! July 29, 2009 javajunki 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Saw this on sale and picked it up for my spouse thinking it was something else entirely (I'm not the tool person so I confused this for a Hammer Drill). Lucky for us because this is an exceptional little bargain that I wouldn't have bought if I'd realized my mistake sooner...but, it turned out to be a fortunate mistake because he is raving about it...rated it as the best buy I've made in months!
Nice, small but well made - solid build with a good, comfortable grip. Order arrived quickly and included a complete five piece tip/bit set (worth more than the entire price of the order alone) with common sized chisels. Has excellent sensitivity control to adjust setting from very gentle to "knock down the wall" settings. Tried it out and goes through concrete like butter. Not very loud this is versatile enough to use for detail work or powerful enough for even the most brutish needs. Tried it on a few blocks - put hole through block in less than a minute and also was able to trim away minute particles almost like a sculpture on the gentle setting.
Excellent purchase!
Who wants plastic?! December 19, 2007 Mr. Geweke (Tucson Az US) CH quality. Heavy Impact, not too heavy to hold. Standard chisel accessories used.
