| Customer Reviews: Works well September 5, 2010 Mark Wagoner (Batavia, Ohio USA) This meeter seems to work well, although I haevn't measured it to see if it is accurate or not. The battery that came with it worked the first two times I used the meeter then went dead, however.
Works as advertised, but very delicate August 24, 2010 Lounger This product is too delicate for anything designed for outdoor use. It is best not to leave it outdoors or leave it hooked up to your hose, especially with hose pressure on a sunny day. I did this and the external seals failed and filled the display and battery case with water. I am still in the process of drying it out in hopes it will still work and that I can use it carefully and occasionally, putting it back in its box each time I am done using it. Also, the threaded hose bib ring popped off the assembly a few times. One would think that with a resettable meter that monitors daily or monthly use it would be designed to hold up to the elements. My conclusion--cheap manufacture makes this product a novelty instead of the reliable tool I expected. Of course I compared a brass one at over $100, so at $30 +/- perhaps I got what I paid for. Still, I am very disappointed.
