Does the job February 6, 2010 Tommie Blanchard Have used this nailer for several months now and am very satisified.
No trouble finding nails as they are carried at local Home Depot and online from Amazon.
Pros: Works very well, no jams yet, for low volume usage a small compressor works ok, nails are available.
Cons: hard to use in tight places, exhaust will stir up a lot of dust in confined spaces, lost protective tip in about a week, falls off too easily.
Nails are no longer avialable for this gun January 29, 2010 Robin H. Barrows (Columbia, MO) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Do not buy this gun. Clipped head nails are no longer being offered by bostich and no one else offers 28 degree nail sticks. Bostich will offer to ship you a feed liner to supposedly you can use the full round head nails but why bother. Some building codes require a full round head so clipped head nails are now extinct.
Bostitch Nail Gun November 16, 2009 Dale E. Waddell (North Carolina USA) Didn't use this product.Had to return it.Didn't have any problems with returning the product.Only have a Lowe's Hardware in our town and they have to special order the nails that I needed to use in the gun.
Very pleased October 23, 2009 D. Bartel (Iowa) I am very pleased with the purchase of the framing nailer. It arrived in basically new condition. Works perfectly. For the price I would definitely recommend it.
Item used, but in good working order October 3, 2009 Nathan Barnard (Saint John, NB, Canada) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Framing nailer arrived with scratches and you could see touchup paint where company tried to remove scratches, also rust was partially visible on some of the unpainted areas (such as the nail head/driver). anyway works great and am happy with it.
