Customer Reviews: Great sanderJune 25, 2010 dizzyman First time using a Random Orbital Sander but very impressed. Dust collection is exceptional and container is easier than expected to clean out. Very quiet for the work it does. Make sure to secure workpiece and hold on to the sander as the orbital action can make it stray or throw the workpiece. Very recommended and I would buy again.
Don't waste your moneyJune 1, 2010 KC Woods(Arlington, TX) I bought this sander at the end of last year for an around the house sander. Well the motor just went out on me yesterday. I have other sanders I use for Commercial use. My Bosch is still going strong after 2 years of heavy use. I just bought a new Ridgid, with a lifetime warranty, to replace this skil. I never figured it would be good for heavy use, but thought it would hold up to hobby and around the house use. Well it doesn't. Spend the extra twenty bucks and save yourself the headache.

I am very pleased with this sander I bought it at lowes for 42.99 comes with 3 extra pieces of sandpaper 80grit 120 and 225 its a work horse and great for the do it yourselfer and has a great filter which means less dust :-) buy one if you want good performance for little$$ aloha.
